Be strong in the Lord and never give up hope...

Wes is finding work for the crews. He says he is really enjoying his responsibilities as job foreman. This will be his only week, while we're here. Today I have a day in the office for a change. There is no official office manager here for 2 weeks, so somehow I find myself with some new work! I enjoyed my day. My feet and arms needed rest. This Saturday, Wes will bring 3 long termers to the airport as they are done their stay here. The rest are driving home on Saturday. So this saturday through to May 10, Wes and I and one other girl are here alone. No short termers will be coming in. During the week, we plan on sorting and organizing the tool trailer, and cleaning things up at camp. Maybe a bit of work on some houses, we'll see where we're at, at that point. After this, things here will change for us as there will be 8 or 9 college kids coming to do their practicum for a school course. 5 other long term volunteers will be coming as well, including a new project director, job foreman, and cook. We are not sure what our weeks will be like, as this is a different type of MDS program, but we were told to prepare ourselves to be flexible. We continue to need strength from the Lord for energy, and perseverance. Prayer makes a difference! God is good!
