We kicked the week off with 46.7 C in the sunshine today. Thankfully the humidity dropped from 80% from last week down to just under 50% today. The rest of this week is supposed to be hot like today. And...we happened to spend the whole day inside a semi trailer cleaning the tools up!! On Sunday we went to a small cowboy Church in New Iberia. It was a unique experience. But Wes & I both thought that it was the most welcoming Church we had ever been to. A very nice warm feeling! Their pulpit and music stands were made of horse shoes, tack hung from the wooden beams, their baptism tank was a water trough! And the preacher and some others were dressed in their western cowboy attire. It was neat. Not much else has changed here in the last few days. Hope we survive the heat!
